A Group with well-established expertise in Civil, Structural, and Transportation Engineering and has over the years diversified into Consultancy/Transaction Advisory Services, Maritime and Environmental Waste Management servicing both private and public sector clients.
She steers the company and oversees all aspects of the company’s businesses and has positioned the company as a key player in the global Engineering and Maritime circle. The firm through her wealth of experience gathered over the years she pilots the several other companies under the Group such as;

Presently, Mrs. Aisha is at the forefront of the initiative for the actualization and development of a Deep Sea Port in South-South, Nigeria. She is the first female Consultant/Transaction Advisor on the development of a Deep-Sea Port through one of her high profile companies; “Felak Concept Limited”.
Mrs. (Dr) Aisha Achimugu is a well-respected and highly -revered business head and perfectly fits the description of a global corporate leader. She was born on the 22nd January 1974 to Capt. J.E. A & Mrs. Adole (Rtd.) and from a very humble beginning, she attended Federal Government Girls Science School, Kuje, Abuja and transited to the University of Jos, Nigeria where she acquired a B.Sc in Accountancy in 1998. She was awarded an Honorary Doctorate Degree by the Commonwealth University, Belize. She is happily married to Engr. Sulaiman Akao Achimugu and is blessed with three
children. In recognition of Mrs. Aisha’s brilliant accomplishments, she has received several awards one of which is the Youth Ambassador for Peace Award which recognizes individuals whose lives exemplify ideal living for the sake of others and who dedicate themselves to practices that promote universal moral values. She contributed immensely in the development of a blueprint for the opening of the Turai Center for Breast/Cervical Cancer in Nigeria, and 2013 African Achievers’ Fast Growing Entrepreneur of the Year Award.
She is the Founder/President of SAM Empowerment Foundation, a flag-ship of her humanitarian service to see to it that numerous women and children are empowered for greatness through developing impactful programs and projects.
The outstanding qualities that have made her a pillar within her sphere of influence is her strong work ethics, discipline, self-confidence, flexibility, creativity, winning attitude, balanced optimism and above all, her positive attitude towards life generally. On an inter-personal level, she is well loved, affectionate, selfless, kind and always ready to sacrifice.
